Financial Enhancements

Loan Guarantees

To promote sustainable economic growth among smallholder farmers and agribusinesses in Zimbabwe, Bluefire Agrofin intends to introduce a loan guarantee facility. This initiative aims to enhance the credit landscape for
economically viable small and medium-sized farming operations, agribusinesses, and national exports by providing credit and loan guarantees. Collaborating partners, to be identified at a later stage, will work together to implement this facility.
Productive Loan Guarantee Programs for Loans:
•Loan Guarantee Program for Small & Medium Size Farmers and Agribusinesses (SMEs)
•Agri-industrial Modernization Loan Guarantee Program
•Leasing Loan Guarantee Program
•Enhanced Productivity Loan Guarantee Program
•Working Capital Loan Guarantee Program

Joint Venture Finance

Bluefire Aagrofin, a leading financial institution, is set to offer Joint Venture (JV) Finance, also known as Equity Finance soon. JV Finance is a collaborative arrangement that enables farmers and off-takers to pool their resources and run specific production lines. It is a valuable option for those who are unable to fund a project independently, seeking to share expertise with other enterprises or have surplus capital to invest in a new project involving multiple farms. Our finance solutions are designed to be swift, and cost-effective, and provide transparency, control, and customized support. Provide Finance, a key component of our offering, gives you control through a real-time dashboard that tracks your project’s funding, empowering you to achieve your objectives with peace of mind. At Bluefire Aagrofin, we are committed to simplifying the complexities of specialist financing, with the sole purpose of prioritizing your success.

Securitisation Instruments

Bluefire Agrofin aims to offer Collateralized Debt, Pass-Through, and Pay-through structures in the upcoming timeframe. Collateralized debt will be available to farms with titles, assisting them in expanding or enhancing their
capacity in structured finance, much like traditional asset-based borrowing.
